Deer must be skinned and quartered. Deboned deer meat is $1.00 per processed pound.
A cleaning fee may incur if deer come in with an abundance of hair, dirt, leaves, or other debris.

-Breakfast Sausage: $1.00/LB
-Original Summer Sausage: $12.00/ 2.5lb stick
-Jalapeno-Cheese Summer Sausage: $14.00/ 2.5lb stick
-Bratwurst: $3.50/lb (Regular and Hot, With Cheese (add $1.00/lb)
-Snack Sticks: $6.00/lb (Regular, BBQ, and Hot)
We strive to process deer in the fastest most efficient way possible. Our goal is to have your deer back in your possession within 1 week. Occasionally due to specialty items, overflow, or unforeseen circumstances (illness, call-ins, backordered necessities, breakdowns etc...) this can be prolonged. Don't hesitate to call!
After 7 days of first notification that your deer is processed and ready for pickup, we allow up to 7 days of free storage without any notice of pickup. After the initial 7 days without any arranged plans to pick-up later, we charge $5.00/day on a "per deer" basis for storing your wild game with a max of $70.00. Any wild game not picked up within 21 days of first notification are subject to donation.
